Return & Refund Guidelines
- Return Window: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and customization, intimate apparel, jewellery, and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization (RA):
Once your request is reviewed, our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with detailed instructions. Returns without RA# will not be accepted. -
Shipping Your Return:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RA# and order details inside the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item for eligibility (unused, tags intact, etc.). -
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. -
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
