Return & Refund Guidelines

  • Return Window: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and customization, intimate apparel, jewellery, and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
     Reach out via WhatsApp or call at +91 91368 88288 within the return window.
  2. Return Authorization (RA):
     Once your request is reviewed, our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with detailed instructions. Returns without RA# will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping Your Return:
     Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RA# and order details inside the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Inspection:
     Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item for eligibility (unused, tags intact, etc.).
  • Processing Time:
     Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs:
     Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
